1. Plugin Licensing
All our plugins, unless otherwise stated on their download page are licensed under the GNU general public license – https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.txt
2. Automatic Upgrades
Customers who have purchased a license and and in accordance with the terms of that license will have access to automatic upgrades from the WordPress admin area. Customers are not permitted to sell or share their license key.
All upgrades are provided for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this date the license should be renewed in order to continue receiving updates.
We deliver all our products on this store digitally. Once we have processed the payment for a product, our system will automatically send you an email with the information how how to download and install your product as well as including your license key. This usually happens straight away.
All our products are the property of Highrise Digital Ltd and you may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to them. Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
As stated on our product pages we are happy to consider a refund within the first 30 days of the original purchase date. Such refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Highrise Digital Ltd. Requests for a refund must include the email address used for purchase, the license key and the transaction ID – all of which can be sourced from your original purchase email.
Refund requests will be actioned as soon as possible and can take up to 14 days to be processed.

Our products our provided “as is” and we cannot guarantee that they will work with all versions of WordPress and/or third party plugins.
Support is offered for a period of 12 months for the original purchase date of the product. After this date the license should be renewed in order to continue have access to support.
The license key and email address is registered to the original purchaser of the product and support will only be provided to the original purchaser.
Licenses are meant for use on the license holders website(s). Licenses holders may use their license on client websites only when the license holder still has an ongoing relationship with a client as an active consultant.
License holders are not permitted to copy or re-post any support given on external websites or share this with others.
Highrise Digital may send you emails related to your licensed product. This could be information about changes to the license, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and reminders. By purchasing from this store you are agreeing to receive these emails.
8. Pricing and Billing
We reserve the right to change the prices of the products in this store without notice and for any reason. This includes modifying the renewal prices of existing license holders as well as new purchases.
By purchasing a product from this store and providing a valid payment method you are authorising us to charge you a license renewal fee at the specified rate on your license renewal date. To prevent this happen you would need to cancel you account – see “Cancellation” below.
You can cancel your license at any time, in which case we would prevent a charge being made on the date when you license should renew. Once a license is cancelled it cannot be renewed, even if the license renewal date has not elapsed.

These terms govern the sale of products from https://store.highrise.digital between the buyer and Highrise Digital Ltd. By purchasing a product you agree you have read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time for any reason.
